Regista Football is operated by Regista Football Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16220214. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. This is our correspondence address; contact us before sending products back so we can give you the correct returns address.

For orders, cancellations, returns or questions about these terms, email info@registafootball.com. These terms cover website purchases. If you order for a club or business through a quotation, the written quotation and agreed order details also apply. Consumer rights described below apply when you buy mainly for personal use.

Check the model, size, quantity and delivery details before paying. Product photographs illustrate the range; screen colours may vary. The product description and any agreed custom specification form part of your order.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed before payment. Website payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive your full card details.

We accept a website order when we confirm it by email after successful payment. If a stock or pricing error prevents us from fulfilling it, we will contact you promptly to agree a solution or refund the affected order. We will not substitute products or charge extra without your agreement.

Website checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. For stock orders we aim to dispatch within approximately two working days; delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We will tell you about material delays. Unless another delivery period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within 30 days. If we miss an agreed essential deadline, or fail to deliver within an appropriate additional period, you may cancel as provided by law. For consumer orders, products remain our responsibility until you or your nominated recipient takes possession.

Custom branding, artwork, quantities, pricing, delivery dates and payment stages must be agreed in a written quotation or order confirmation. Check the artwork proof carefully and obtain permission to use any club, sponsor or other logos you supply. We will manufacture to the approved specification.

Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the consumer change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or do not match the agreed description. Any agreed cancellation arrangements for a business or custom order will be stated in its quotation.

For standard, non-personalised goods bought online as a consumer, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving them. Email info@registafootball.com with a clear cancellation statement and, if available, your order number. You do not need our approval to exercise this right. Then return the goods within a further 14 days.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage. We refund the returned goods and the standard outbound delivery charge if you cancel the whole order; any extra you chose to pay for premium delivery is not refundable. We may deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods, as you would in a shop.

Refunds go to the original payment method, without a refund fee. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may wait until we receive them or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first, and will refund within 14 days of that point. For a cancellation before dispatch, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Consumer purchases must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described. If goods are faulty, statutory remedies can include rejection and a refund, repair or replacement. There is normally a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. Contact us promptly with the order details and a description of the problem; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We also offer a one-year manufacturer guarantee for manufacturing defects, including bladder, air-retention and structural faults. Normal wear, misuse, over-inflation, cuts and punctures are excluded from this additional guarantee. The guarantee is extra protection and does not replace or shorten your statutory rights. Please follow the product's care and inflation instructions.

Our website content, branding and images belong to us or their respective owners. You may view and share links for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or reproduce protected material commercially without permission.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Please email info@registafootball.com if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. English law governs these terms. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law, including the courts where they live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided when your order is placed applies to that order; later changes do not retrospectively alter it.
