Every Regista football follows a detailed production process, combining skilled manufacturing, quality checks and precision engineering before reaching the pitch.

Artwork application

The identity goes on first.

Colour, crest, and brand marks are applied while the panel pieces are still flat. The footage shows the screen process during a live factory run.

Panel preparation

From print to working pieces.

Printed pieces are separated, grouped, and prepared for the next stage. The close views preserve the evidence of the process without making unverified material claims.

Position and form

The flat pieces become a ball.

A technician positions the prepared pieces around the production form before the shaping stage begins. Human placement and machinery work in sequence.

Hand finishing

Back into human hands.

After the machine stage, a technician works around the complete surface and valve area. The close-up footage keeps that craft visible.
