How fast is UK delivery for in-stock footballs?+
Around two working days. Balls listed in the shop are held in UK stock, and orders placed before 12pm are dispatched from local stock the same day.
What does the 12pm cut-off mean?+
Orders placed before 12pm UK time are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.
Can I get footballs with my club's own logo?+
Yes. Custom logo footballs are produced to order through our partner factory, with a minimum total order of 200 footballs and a minimum of 36 balls per specific design. Submit a bulk enquiry and we will confirm spec and quote.
What is the minimum order for custom footballs?+
200 footballs across the whole order, and a minimum of 36 per specific ball, logo, and design combination. If you want the same logo on two different ball types, that is two designs of at least 36 each, and the order still has to reach 200 in total.
How long do custom bulk orders take?+
After the invoice is paid, production plus sea freight usually takes 10 to 12 weeks. Air freight shortens it to around 5 to 6 weeks but adds roughly £5 or more per ball.
Do you ship internationally?+
International orders are currently handled by enquiry rather than through website checkout. Contact us with your destination and quantity, and we will confirm options and cost.
What football sizes does Regista offer?+
Regista balls come in sizes 3, 4, and 5. The shop shows the exact sizes and quantities currently in UK stock.
When does production start on a bulk order?+
Production begins once the invoice is paid. We confirm ball type, size, quantity, customisation, and freight method before issuing the invoice.
